PURPOSE
This Marine Notice establishes and describes the use of Marine Notices by the Ethiopian Maritime Affairs Authority (EMAA) to promulgate EMAA’s policy and National requirements on marine safety, security and environmental protection issues and other related matters not otherwise specifically addressed by the Maritime Code or Maritime Sector Establishment Proclamation No.549/2007 or other national legislations.
